SANDHAN VALLEY TREK

Adventure awaits in the ‘Valley of Shadows’!

Nestled in the heart of the Sahyadri mountains. It is located in the Sahyadri mountain range of Maharashtra, near the village named Samrad in the Ahmednagar district. It is also known as Asia’s second largest valley.

The valley was formed over thousands of years due to natural erosion caused by wind and water. The result is a deep gorge with towering rock walls that, in some sections, barely allow sunlight to pass through—hence the name ‘Valley of Shadows’.

It’s one of the most thrilling and picturesque treks in Maharashtra. This unique canyon trek offers a breathtaking mix of adventure, natural beauty, and rugged terrain, making it a must-visit destination for trekking enthusiasts and nature lovers.

  • It offers a thrilling trekking and rappelling experience. The trek involves a descent into the valley and navigating through deep water pools.
  • Surrounded by rugged mountains and dense forests, Sandhan Valley is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
  • Trekkers often camp overnight under the starry sky, making it an ideal spot for stargazing.

HURRY UP!! We want to give you a sense of being close to nature in its true meaning.
